Urban planning in Space Combine is based upon the concept of sustainable development to achieve a balance between a building and its environment. Sustainability is achieved by designing based upon efficient land use, better access with lesser use of automobile, efficient resource use, less wastage, pollution controlled environment, restoration of natural system and preservation of local culture. Township is developed with planning of land parcels, urbanscape, designing of traffic system, landscaping and infrastructure services, along with well-integrated existing system.
